Please Help Me!

Hi everybody!
I have created 4 new accounts with same password which consists from 14 letters. And when i wanted to relog the server told that my password was incorrect. I wrote my password slowly and carefully and i know that my password was correct. Please help me! I want my account Mantini back. how can i recover him?

I'll talk to Zeno about this, when did you attempt to logon? And when did you start?
I'll try my best to get your account issue's resolved.
One reason is that the Server is offline at the moment, its 12/7.
But if you tried to log in earlier im sorry.
What were all your accounts called and i might have a reason for you not being able to login.

I had tried to log on at 10-12h . Their names are Mantinis Mantynis Mantini and 30soul30

Please give me a time zone, and as far as i know there is no reason for your account not to be working, you haven't been ip'ed today or yesterday as far as i know. I wll ask Zeno about this issue.
Please bear with me it is possible it won't be til tomorrow around 10am GMT til i speak to Zeno, but i might be able to speak sooner.

I don't remember you being online because i was online at 10am GMT and i don't remember your char. I am really sorry that this is going to take as long as it is, but you are going to be waiting til at least tomorrow morning to get your account retrieved. I will notify Zeno with your details and your situation and just sit tight and hope this all goes well for both of us. And i hope to see you happy back on the server tomorrow hopefully. I will ask in case there is a reason why you can't log in for example you might be ip banned or banned on all 4 accounts but that is only a small possibility because you seem like a really nice person.

No. iwasn't ip banned cause i had created Mantini played for 15mins and when i wanted to relog my password was incorrecrt.then i created another account mantinis. the situacion was same as Mantini.then i had created mantynis and 30soul 30.when i wanted to relog with them , the password was incorrect.this is not ip ban. But abuot time, maybe i was playing from 8-10h GTM +2.

Okay my friend, i will talk to Zeno, because this is something which has confuses me. I am about to send Zeno the email or an offline message, whichever works best. We will get to the bottom of this situation and get you back onto the game. Thank you for your patience and thanks for helping us where you can.
